Solid State Electronics - Kanie's Laboratory

We have interest in developing novel synthesis methods and new application fields of wide band gap semiconductors and alloys, such as InGaN, ZnS:Te, ZnO SrSSe to optoelectronic devices. We also have interest in designing contour mode quartz oscillators by finite element method and fabricating contour mode quartz oscillators by wet etching process.
